Today morning was basketball training... So went there, to find out that I'm the earliest Year1!!! Sad... The next to come was Jasmine laogong... hehe... So we watched the seniors play their table tennis (very fun mehh, I dun think so, hmm)... Then Jasmine sat beside me on that bench... Then out of the blue, Ann asked Jasmine,'How did u all feel abt the Team Talk? We didnt mean to scare u all' or sth liddat... paiseh if i got it wrongly, but I rmbr got the words 'Team Talk' 'How did u all feel' 'scare' lols...
So finally they all came... We did dynamics... Then warmup... Then we did erm the crossover thing... After that we did full court I think... 2 times right hand... Then got our punishments... Which has stuff to do wif running and dribbling... And got shooting too! So shoot 2 balls... 1 miss = 10 pumpings, 2 miss = 15 pumpings... Lols... The 1st time I both in but the second time I 1 in! Hurray for me!!! I cant believe I got 1 in...
But I am very very very disappointed in myself todae too...Why? Coz I missed sooo many balls in the full court... Which means I never try hard enough!!!
1st : around 10 misses
2nd : around 7 misses, but all the misses were in the 1st few!:(
Then water break... Came back then I was separated... Coach made me go wif Ann Yvonne HungHui and some other seniors who are probably frm A div coz I nvr see them in B div, go do sum stuff... I was separated from my dear BABAs... lols... 1 Year one among other levels... And HungHui said we are all Centers... haha...
Then after that we did match... Wif the B girls again... I feel that I played badly... Christina fell during the match... :( Sh tripped over sumone or sumthing liddat... Then her knee the skin scratched against the floor... IT WAS WHITE! Then after match or sth IT BECAME RED! Scary... Creepy Christina...
So lets talk abt sumthing else in the match... I was snatching the ball from Rachel(year3)and I managed to snatch it... I still cant believe I snatched it from a senior... SENIOR ehh...
But this happiness was short lived when I anyhow passed the ball later on...
So improvements to make:
-Do not anyhow pass the ball
-Stop and look before passing the ball
-Do my layups properly
-Do not be so blur in matches
Then we did 15 puchups 15 calf race? and 10 求婚, 3 sets each... ~End of training!~
After all that, my leg became worse... Curious to know which part of my leg pain? It was my right leg, the area near the joint of hip and thigh... Since Thursday pain lerh lorh... I think its coz of Thurs full court, pain coz of the running part... Ran fast and big steps, was trying hard to do that, so I think that is why pain... And the pain is why I couldnt run back to defend during match...
*SHH!!! Those who have seen this part dun tell bball ppl...*
Then went home... Tuition... blablabla
I cant wait for tues friendly and tmr bball wif frens...
