~pain~

Today there was training...

I thought I was gonna be late, but I wasnt...
FUNNY INCIDENT : Eugene frm 1Castro thought that the boys training was in the morning and came ALL THE WAY frm Sengkang to sch... And it turned out that boys training in the afternoon... HAHAHA...

Coach didnt come... So we did whatever the seniors told us to do...It was raining outside... So we went into the ISH...

After all the usual stuff, the rain had stopped... So we all went outside to dry the court... Then we did shooting...

After that, Lin Lao Shi replaced our 3 full court layups wif a friendly match wif the seniors... I did badly today, as usual... I passed the ball wrongly 2 times... I keep thinking that SHORT HAIRED senior is Weiwen... -.-

Then seniors taught us defending as some of us dunno how to defend, coz coach nvr let them play one...
Ann said : juniors intercept ball, catch rebound, etc = seniors do 5pushups
seniors score one goal = junors do 10 pushups
